Love Notes – Friday Fictioneers Flash Fiction Photo Prompt!

Hello all!

I hope you are well and ready for some more Flash Fiction. As always, we are given our photo prompt by our wonderful Friday Fictioneer leader, Rochelle . The rules are to write a story in 100 words, using the photo prompt as inspiration. :) I do apologise for my being behind with reading everyone’s work. I am hoping to catch up shortly.

So here is my attempt for this week.  I hope you enjoy it.

Love Notes.

Nathaniel’s fingers glide over the keys as the music builds.

Our guests lose themselves in the notes and each other.

It’s what he does best.

A master of the ceremony, feeding off them as he plays.

A sea of flesh lies before me, their glistening bodies entwined.

Hands touching, stroking.

Hips thrusting, as they are swept away with the beat.

I lick my lips, savouring the taste.

Love, desire and lust and if I’m not mistaken, a hint of jealousy.

It’s a heady combination.

The sweet groans of satisfaction, drown out the final note.

“Delicious.”

“Full?”

“Yes…but there’s always room for dessert.”

Thank you so much for taking the time to read my offering! In case of confusion, I have entered the world of the Succubui / demons this week as I like to have a go at something new. The Hollow

19th-22nd October 2016

Mad Cow Productions present THE HOLLOW By Agatha Christie – THE HOLLOW is a classic English country house mystery, and rather a lot of fun.

An unhappy game of romantic follow-the-leader explodes into murder one weekend at The Hollow, home of Sir Henry and Lucy Angkatell.

With all the usual suspects assembled:  the jilted lover, mistress, wife, and of course, a butler. It is up to Inspector Colquhoun and Sergeant Penny to work out “whodunit!”

  1. Very sensual writing. It all fits together. I didn’t get the succubus connection, but the story works without that knowledge, too. A feast for the senses.

  2. Cleverly done and entertaining.
Can I just say that I found your ‘succubi’ guidance unnecessary.
I didn’t make the connection but didn’t feel it added to or took away from your writing.

  3. I don’t smoke, but after THIS …????

What’s he playing, the William Tell Overture? That’ll get the place jumping (or what RHYMES with “jumping,” anyway).

Five out of five felt hammers (from the keyboard, naturally). Light up!
